VP OF DEVELOPMENTVictoria Ritz is the VP of Development at TeamSheed, where she builds bold, talent-driven formats that fuse humor, heart, and cultural relevance. She leads collaboration with TeamSheed’s partners at Wheelhouse, developing original content that amplifies authentic voices and pushes the boundaries of unscripted storytelling.
Aaron E. Sabater
Comedy ProducerAaron first connected with Rasheed while training together at Gotham Comedy Club, where their early collaboration around stand-up and character-driven comedy laid the foundation for future projects.
Ronique N Chambers
CFORonique N Chambers is the Chief Financial Officer for TeamSheed. The game was officially changed when Ronique & Rasheed chartered the TeamSheed label back in 2012, a decade later she is the official financial right hand. She is at the helm of the organization’s strategic growth, management of finance, accounting, and payroll. Chris Geer
LINE PRODUCERChris Geer gave Rasheed his first break as a commercial director in 2007, which quickly led to their synergy. After working together early in their careers, the two reunited to scale TeamSheed in 2023.
Monique Barrett
DEVELOPMENT LEADMonique Barrett is the Development Lead for TeamSheed, where she helps shape the company’s growing slate in partnership with Wheelhouse. She and Rasheed first connected at Big Fish Entertainment. He was VP, she was a Supervising Producer on Love & Hip Hop: New York (VH1), and they’ve been creatively locked in ever since. From pilots for Hoorae Media to deep development sprints, the two click because they speak the same language: authentic storytelling with a sharp understanding of the business behind it.
Ra Kumar
MANAGERRa Kumar is a manager and partner at Osmosis Global, where he represents production companies, producers, and on-air talent. He and Rasheed first connected when Ra was closing Rasheed's deal with CBS Studios to direct a late-night program for BET starring CNN's T.J. Holmes, and they've been creatively locked in ever since. From securing Rasheed's first EP credit on Lifetime's Kosher Soul to landing Black Ink Crew: Chicago—which launched him to VP at Big Fish Entertainment.
