Chris Geer gave Rasheed his first break as a commercial director in 2007, which quickly led to their synergy. After working together early in their careers, the two reunited to scale TeamSheed in 2023.

With more than two decades in content production, Chris brings extensive experience in managing teams, budgets, and large-scale creative projects across television, branded content, and commercials. He began his career in production management, balancing logistics and creativity for broadcast and agency work.

Chris has produced television for NBCUniversal, BET, VH1, ESPN, CBS, Peacock, WeTV, and A+E Networks. As Executive Producer at PepsiCo, Hasbro, and Hunter Douglas, he built and led in-house studios, produced a high volume of original content, developed creative strategies, and strengthened key client relationships.

Victoria Ritz is the VP of Development at TeamSheed, where she builds bold, talent-driven formats that fuse humor, heart, and cultural relevance. She leads collaboration with TeamSheed’s partners at Wheelhouse, developing original content that amplifies authentic voices and pushes the boundaries of unscripted storytelling.

Victoria’s career began as an intern at MTV, where her bubbly, infectious personality landed her in the Talent and Casting department. She went on to scour the country for loud, compelling characters, contributing to CBS’s The Job, CW’s Cedric’s Barber Battle, MTV’s Virgin Territory, and MTV2’s Guy Code. A lifelong New York sports fan, she hit a near dream job collaborating with MTV2 and Major League Baseball on MLB Fan Cave.

She later joined Big Fish Entertainment, climbing the ranks to become VP of Talent & Casting. It was there that she and Rasheed first collaborated on Black Ink Crew, forging a creative partnership rooted in hustle, humor, and a shared passion for storytelling that celebrates real people and the culture. Over her decade-long tenure, she helped cast and develop a diverse slate of hits including Black Ink Crew, Love & Hip Hop, Cartel Crew, How Far Is Tattoo Far, Lil’ Kim’s Girls Cruise, Live PD, America’s Top Dog, Kitchen Crash, Ugliest House in America, and more.

Monique Barrett is the Development Lead for TeamSheed, where she helps shape the company’s growing slate in partnership with Wheelhouse. She and Rasheed first connected at Big Fish Entertainment. He was VP, she was a Supervising Producer on Love & Hip Hop: New York (VH1), and they’ve been creatively locked in ever since. From pilots for Hoorae Media to deep development sprints, the two click because they speak the same language: authentic storytelling with a sharp understanding of the business behind it.

With over 20 years of experience across development and production, Monique approaches every project with a 360-degree lens. She created and sold the OWN original Ladies Who List: Atlanta and has developed for top industry banners including Monami Entertainment, Sirens Media (ITV), Conveyor Media, and Den of Thieves. She leads with instinct and insight, crafting forward-thinking concepts that resonate with both viewers and buyers. Monique is also part of the 2024–2025 DIALOG cohort, a program for rising unscripted leaders presented by Realscreen, NATPE, A+E Networks, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

At TeamSheed, Monique’s focus is building buzzy, bold, and authentic content that hits. Her heart belongs to formats (Love Island, obviously), but her mission is to create television that makes noise and moves culture.

Stewart Cavanagh currently is the head of Unscripted and Documentary at  The Cartel.  He has spent  4 years as Vice President of Alternative at The Gersh Agency, 6 years at the Vice President of Alternative at Rebel Entertainment Partners and 3 years as an Alternative Agent at Innovative Artists. Attending Glasgow University in Scotland, he is very proud of his heritage, being born in Australia and growing up in Los Angeles to a Scottish father and Filipino mother.

Ronique N Chambers is the Chief Financial Officer for TeamSheed. The game was officially changed when Ronique & Rasheed chartered the TeamSheed label back in 2012, a decade later she is the official financial right hand. She is at the helm of the organization’s strategic growth, management of finance, accounting, and payroll. When Rasheed decided to open the company as a full service production house, Ronique was right by his side. Prior to joining Teamsheed, Ronique acted as a Staff Accountant for Warner Brothers in Los Angeles. Ronique is a specialist at budgeting and making it work. With over 15 years of experience in operations, finance, and business development she’s our star player. Outside of production Ronique also has a specialization in the real estate and service industries.

She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Chambers began her career with RSM in their Wealth Management segment and has continued to gain traction in operations, finance, and business development, with specializations in entertainment and real estate.

Ra Kumar is our Team Agent from UTA. He specializes in television packaging and sales of non fiction series that last. Ra’s unique perspective on where Rasheed sits in the marketplace is a big part of the TeamSheed inception story. With so few full service BIPOC production company’s Ra is relentless in making sure TeamSheed takes a seat at the table. After a decade of representation Rasheed sees Ra as consigliere, friend and creative partner.
